01 Acceptance of Terms

06 Prohibited Conduct

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Please outline your complaint in writing, including all relevant account details, transaction references, and the specific relief you are seeking. jaya762 will provide a final position letter within 28 days of receiving a formal escalation.

Limitation Period

Any claim or dispute arising from your use of jaya762 must be raised within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised outside this limitation period will not be considered by jaya762.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
